Hi, I'm Heather!
I created this platform because after years of struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, I had ENOUGH!
When I was struggling I didn't know where to turn. And therapy alone wasn't cutting it. I didn't want to take anxiety meds so I went down the rabbit hole of solving my anxiety naturally.
I figured out the combo that stops overthinking & procrastinating. The formula that helps you start living your calmest, happiest, most confident life.
